Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from your App Store settings.
What does "per family" mean?
A "family" is one co-parenting relationship, the other parent and the child or children you share with them. Siblings share one family, so you pay per family, not per child. If you co-parent with more than one other person, you can cover up to three families on one subscription.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Paying yearly saves about 20% compared with paying monthly for a year. For one family that's $143.99 a year instead of $179.88; the two- and three-family plans save a similar amount. You choose monthly or yearly when you subscribe, and can switch later.
Does one subscription really unlock everything, including the AI?
Yes. There are no per-feature add-ons and no separate charge for the AI assistant. One subscription unlocks every feature for every family it covers.
How do I cancel?
Your subscription is managed through the App Store, so you cancel it in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Cancelling stops future billing; your record stays yours to export.
